- This was our first official trip for the Vegas Internet Mafia Family Picnic (VIMFP).
- We rented a car, something we hadn't done for years, and were surprised by the new rental car hub and how long it took to get on the shuttle to said hub.
- Mike "enjoyed" playing the All Tall, All Small, and All or Nothing at All bets at the crap tables.
- We visited Downtown Grand for the first time and were pleasantly surprised to see they had a Fire Bet that paid on just three numbers.
- Breakfast at Du-Par's was a disaster. Ridiculous wait time for food.
- We played Riverboat Roulette for the first time. It was fine.
- Barry from the Craps Facebook page helped set up a craps meeting at The D with our listeners. It was a great time (but not for our wallets)!
- We ate at Hugo's Cellar for the first time ever. (Hard to believe considering how many times we stayed at Four Queens in the '90s.) It was excellent.
- I attended the VIMFP Main Event while Mike tried to recoup his losses.
- We hit all six numbers on the Fire Bet at Caesars Palace! And I was rolling! And it was my birthday! And it was on the same table where we hit all those 4s on Trip 79! $10,000 apiece! And I'm not joking!!!
- Just a quick trip to take advantage of some offers.
- Unbelievably, the first game we sat down to play on Saturday morning was roulette. Roulette!
- We headed over to Rio to check out the World Series of Poker. There was lots of energy. Doyle Brunson
ran over my foot zipped past me on his scooter.
- We watched the Belmont Stakes in the Diamond Lounge at Caesars Palace (and I watched my win bet on California Chrome go down the toilet).
